One of the few shops in minot that will get you in the shop in a timely manner. I have some personal mechanic experience but cant do some of my own repairs in the cold and from what I can tell they are honest, do quality work and priced fair
This shop serviced my two vehicles, a 2011 Chevy and a 2019 Nissan, a year apart. I had the quickest turn-around as far as diagnosis and solutions to move forward. They saved me time (money) and have honest cost of repairs. They even checked out an engine problem that I had and thoroughly verified the engine, which I happily agreed to, especially in this type of winter. If you want to talk about hard work and honesty, this shop is the place to go. If you ever stop by their shop and hear the phones constantly ringing, then you know it is a good sign!

A few years ago, my car needed work, and I received outrageous quotes for repair. When I called The Muffler Shop, not only was the quote reasonable, but they were able to complete the repair in less time than anyone else in town. And the care they showed was second to none! That was several years ago. I don't bother calling around for estimates anymore. All I need to know from The Muffler Shop is how much it's going to cost me to get it done. I continue going here because I trust them. I have recommended them to many people.
